Our Story
Our Hollister, California law firm of Gonzalez & Jones, APC is a community-oriented, family-based legal team providing skilled and aggressive personal injury and criminal defense representation. With over 45 years in business, as a close-knit, family-run boutique legal firm, we loved being known as the legal firm that takes care of our clients like they are part of our family. Our number one priority is always doing what is best for our clients, whether through artful and creative negotiation or powerful and aggressive litigation.
We’re about family through and through – from our values to our team. Attorney Milton F. Gonzalez has practiced in Gilroy as a counselor and litigator since 1981. Attorney Zoi Jones, Milton’s daughter, brings a modern dynamic, along with the same strength of commitment and dedication as her father. While the rest of our family keeps the firm running efficiently and smoothly and works closely with clients to deliver high-quality, client-service-oriented legal services.

With a successful career spanning over 45 years and thousands of cases, Milton has built his professional legacy grounded in a commitment to two core values – assertive strategy and authentic client relationships.
Zoi A. Jones
Managing Partner

Zoi is a Personal Injury Attorney, Managing Partner of her family-owned law practice, Gonzalez & Jones, APC, and Consumer Attorneys of California Member. She is best known as a relentless advocate for her clients. Blending her years of experience, diligent preparation and dedication, and a hands-on, people-first approach, Zoi empowers injured and overwhelmed people to navigate their medical treatment, obtain an optimal settlement, and peacefully move on with their lives after an accident.

Meet Your Team
Donna Gonzalez
Founder
In 1981, Milton and Donna Gonzalez opened their own business: Milton F. Gonzalez, Attorney at Law. Donna used her years of work experience and her commitment to her husband’s legal career to manage a successful law firm for over 40 years.
Formerly the Office Manager, Donna’s significant role in the firm is not limited to her title. Donna has been the firm trainer, manager, organizer, and motivator.
Lindsay Gonzalez
Office Manager
Lindsay joined her family’s firm as a Legal Assistant in March of 2018 and continues her work there today as the Office Manager. Prior to joining Gonzalez & Jones, she worked as a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in the area but found a new level of fulfillment being able to assist clients beyond the insurance platform.
When she isn’t in the office, Lindsay loves spending time with her family cheering on their hockey team, and enjoying country music.
Kyle Jones
Chief Information Officer
Kyle Jones is the firm’s IT Director. He works behind the scenes to keep everything and everyone up and running, so the lawyers and staff can focus on serving clients. Kyle has been instrumental in bringing the office technology up to date by implementing the new case management system.
Before joining the firm, Kyle was a U.S. Marine who served three tours deployed to Afghanistan.
Today, Kyle is married to firm partner Zoi. Kyle and Zoi met in San Diego where Kyle was stationed and Zoi attended law school. They married while Zoi was still in law school and Kyle supported Zoi through law school and the bar exam.
Currently, Kyle is working on his B.S. in Computer Science at American Military University.
When he isn’t managing the business’s technology, Kyle loves working on the ranch where he and Zoi live. Together, they love to camp, boat, and go horseback riding.
